1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Vision Roof Services, Inc. (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) at visionroofservices.com. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

Vision Roof Services may send SMS or MMS messages to customers and prospective customers regarding our services. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to such communications under the following conditions:

  1. Legal Compliance

    • VRS complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, and applicable state laws, including Texas Senate Bill 140 (SB140) effective September 1, 2025.

    • In Texas, VRS will not send SMS/MMS messages before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, or before 12:00 p.m. or after 9:00 p.m. on Sundays.

  2. Consent & Opt-Out

    • You will only receive SMS/MMS communications if you are a current or former customer, have expressly opted in, or otherwise fall under a lawful exemption.

    • You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or using any opt-out mechanism described in the message. Opt-out requests will be honored promptly.

  3. Do Not Call Lists

    • VRS does not send SMS/MMS messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry, the Texas Do Not Call List, or other applicable registries unless an exemption applies.

  4. Registration Requirement (Texas)

    • Where required, VRS will maintain registration with the Texas Secretary of State or rely on lawful exemptions (e.g., current customer communications).

  5. Recordkeeping

    • VRS maintains records of consent, opt-in dates, and opt-out requests to demonstrate compliance with SMS/MMS communication laws.

  6. Third-Party Messaging Providers

    • VRS may use third-party vendors to send SMS/MMS messages. Such vendors are required to comply with applicable laws; however, VRS disclaims liability for violations caused solely by a vendor acting outside our instructions.

6. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or otherwise act in a manner harmful to the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Other local, state, or national laws may also apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first for informal resolution.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of your country of residence.

12. U.S. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or listed on any U.S. government prohibited party list.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

14. Changes to Terms
