Position Overview:
Vision Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the commercial roofing industry. This is a commission-based position designed for professional salespeople who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively generate commercial roofing leads through various channels.
Roof Inspections: Conduct thorough roof inspections, including walking roofs, measuring, taking photographs, and creating detailed inspection reports.
Estimating Projects: Follow the Vision Roofing pricing structure when estimating projects to ensure consistency and profitability.
Client Information Management: Input client information accurately into BuilderTrend, our project management software.
Customer Service: Excel in providing exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Compliance with SOPs: Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and expectations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Meetings: Attend all weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, strategies, and updates.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of five years of professional sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, conduct inspections, and prepare accurate estimates. Proficiency in using BuilderTrend or similar software.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Compliance: Ability to follow company SOPs and maintain high standards.
Availability: Must be able to cover the Southern California area and attend weekly meetings.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism and dedication to the role.
