Position Overview:
We are looking for a focused, determined, and money-motivated Marketing Lead Generator to join our team. This role involves generating qualified commercial roofing leads, researching target clients, and ensuring they meet our criteria. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be familiar with tools like Reonomy, Nearmaps, and other online portals.
Responsibilities:
Research: Conduct thorough research to identify qualified commercial roofing targets.
Identify Clients: Understand and define the client persona we are prospecting.
Digital Portals: Utilize tools such as Reonomy, Nearmaps, and other information portals to gather necessary information.
Lead Qualification: Qualify commercial roof clients and gather all pertinent information.
Learn the Product: Educate yourself on polyurethane foam and coated roofing systems (training provided by Vision Roof Services).
Customer Management: Input all qualified lead information into Buildertrend, Vision’s CRM.
Sales Cycle Management: Generate leads for the sales division to close, ensuring all leads are thoroughly vetted and meet qualification standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experienced with internet research and proficient in computer skills (BuilderTrend, Reonomy, Nearmaps experience a plus).
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Availability: Business hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism and dedication to the role.
Compensation
You will be compensated based on the qualified leads you generate.
You will receive a percentage of the profit for any roofing project that results from your leads.
There is no cap on commissions; your earnings potential is unlimited based on your performance and the revenue you generate for Vision.
